Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH)

State Unemployment Department (EDD)

Federal Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA)

Administers the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act. Pacific Employers will represent clients in the development of their SB 198 Injury and Illness Prevention Program, inspections, safety training and safety consulting. You can also count on Pacific Employers to appeal and represent you before Federal OSHA if an inspection or injury subjects you to citation and fines.

  • State Labor Commissioner: Charged with the responsibility of enforcing the California Labor Code, the wage and hour laws, including record-keeping, overtime and prompt payment requirements as well as the state Industrial Welfare Commission Orders. We also have expertise in representing employer’s interests when representing before The Department of Labor and The Industrial Welfare Commission. Pacific Employers will represent you, from the time you receive a complaint, through the investigation and the appeal of unfair decisions and appear on your behalf in all hearings.
