The primary presenters in the Pacific Employers’ Seminar Series will be staff of Pacific Employers, with many years experience in safety, labor and personnel matters. They will continue to cover significant areas in labor relations during the year.

All California employers with five or more employees are required to provide harassment, discrimination, and abusive conduct prevention training.

  • Supervisors must complete 2 hours of training every two years.

  • Non-supervisory employees must complete 1 hour of training every two years.

The next training deadline is January 1, 2027, or two years from the date of the employee’s last completed training, whichever comes first.

Employers may not extend the next training deadline for new employees.

 

  • New supervisory employees must complete their training within six months of assuming a supervisory role.

  • New non-supervisory employees must complete their training within six months of hire.
